4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and product weight/size.

  • We occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions – watch out for those!

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • You can also log into your account on SabkaCart.in to track your orders.

6. Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your products reach you in good condition and on time.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the product may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
